📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Oversee daily operations and production schedules to ensure timely delivery of products.
- Monitor and analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Lead and mentor a team of production supervisors and operators.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational challenges.
- Utilize ERP systems like SAP to optimize production processes.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to drive process excellence.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in the manufacturing or tire industry.
- Proven track record of leading and optimizing operational processes.
- Strong knowledge of ERP systems, particularly SAP.
- Certification in Lean Six Sigma or a similar quality management framework is a plus.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
