📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the maintenance and repair of water treatment plants, distribution networks, and customer service centers.
• Develop and implement facility management strategies to optimize operational efficiency and reduce costs.
• Conduct regular inspections and assessments of facilities to identify areas for improvement.
• Manage and coordinate with vendors and contractors for maintenance and repair services.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Monitor and maintain facility records and documentation.
• Provide training and support to facility staff on best practices and procedures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address facility-related issues and ensure seamless service delivery.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in facility management, with a focus on water utility facilities.
• Certification in Facility Management (e.g., FMAP, RICS) is a plus.
• Proficiency in facility management software, such as SAP PM, Maximo, or similar.
• Strong knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations applicable to water utility facilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
