📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service, case management, or a related field.
• Proficient in using Salesforce and Zendesk.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
