📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily housekeeping operations, ensuring all guest rooms and public areas are cleaned to the highest standards.
• Manage a team of 10-15 housekeepers, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient and effective cleaning operations.
• Implement and maintain housekeeping schedules, ensuring optimal use of resources and timely completion of cleaning tasks.
• Monitor and address maintenance requests, ensuring that all issues are resolved promptly to maintain high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
• Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Train and develop housekeeping staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
• Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences and maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to housekeeping operations, providing regular updates to management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor or equivalent role in the hospitality industry.
• Proven track record of successfully managing housekeeping operations in a luxury hotel setting.
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team of housekeepers.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with staff and other hotel departments.
• Certification in housekeeping management or a related field is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in using housekeeping management software such as Hospitality Pro, Cendyn, or similar.
• Familiarity with health and safety regulations, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
