📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Visit and engage with retailers, wholesalers, and end consumers to promote our mattress and springbed products.
• Collect market intelligence and analyze sales data to identify opportunities for growth.
• Negotiate and close sales deals with potential customers.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive sales.
• Manage and maintain relationships with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track sales performance and market trends.
• Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and other marketing events to showcase our products and network with industry professionals.
• Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the mattress or springbed industry.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with sales and marketing software such as Salesforce or CRM systems.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
