📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and coordinate the daily logistics of delivery operations, including scheduling, dispatching, and tracking shipments.
• Work closely with drivers and warehouse staff to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products.
• Coordinate with customers to ensure their orders are delivered on time and in good condition.
• Maintain accurate records of all shipments, including delivery times, customer feedback, and any issues encountered.
• Assist in the organization and planning of delivery routes to optimize efficiency and reduce costs.
• Collaborate with the logistics team to improve processes and implement best practices.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations related to delivery operations.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing any concerns or issues related to deliveries promptly and professionally.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in logistics, transportation, or a related field.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with logistics software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
• Knowledge of delivery operations and logistics best practices.
