📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Plan and deliver engaging and effective lessons that align with the curriculum and meet the needs of individual students.,Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to help students improve and achieve their full potential.,Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages students to take risks, ask questions, and express their ideas.,Collaborate with parents and guardians to ensure that students receive the best possible support both in and out of the classroom.,Stay up-to-date with the latest teaching methods and technologies, and incorporate them into your lessons where appropriate.,Participate in school events and activities, and contribute to the overall success of the school community.,Report on student progress and behavior to the school administration, and work with other teachers to address any issues that arise.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

A bachelor's degree in Education, or a related field, with a minimum GPA of 3.0.,At least 2 years of teaching experience in a relevant field.,Strong knowledge of the Indonesian curriculum and pedagogical methods.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.,A passion for education and a commitment to making a positive impact on the lives of students.,Fluency in both Indonesian and English is a plus.,A valid teaching certificate or license is required.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
