Dito Telecommunity Corporation is seeking a Site Acquisition and Management Analyst to join our team in Canggu, Bali. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, negotiating, and managing telecom sites for our infrastructure expansion projects. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth of our telecom network in Indonesia.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Identify and evaluate potential telecom sites for our infrastructure expansion projects.,Negotiate leases, agreements, and other terms with site owners and stakeholders.,Manage and oversee the construction and installation of telecom infrastructure at acquired sites.,Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth project execution.,Monitor site performance and address any issues that may arise.,Conduct site audits and inspections to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.,Prepare and present reports on site acquisition and management activities to senior management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in site acquisition and management, preferably in the telecom industry.,Strong negotiation and communication skills.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English.,Familiarity with telecom infrastructure and industry standards.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
