📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners to drive sales and project success.
  • Lead and manage project teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of projects.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new sales opportunities and trends.
  • Prepare and present project proposals, budgets, and reports to clients and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with engineering and technical teams to ensure project feasibility and compliance with industry standards.
  • Monitor project progress and address any issues or challenges that may arise.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to sales and project teams as needed.
  • Stay updated with industry developments and best practices to drive continuous improvement.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Sales, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales engineering or a similar role.
  • Proven track record of successful project delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Strong technical knowledge and understanding of relevant industry standards and regulations.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
