📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with treatments.,Collaborate with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including medical histories, treatment plans, and progress notes.,Assist in the preparation and administration of medications, including injections, IVs, and oral medications.,Monitor and report any changes in patient condition to the healthcare team.,Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the patient care area, following infection control protocols.,Provide emotional support and comfort to patients and their families.,Participate in staff meetings and training sessions to stay updated on best practices and new procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.,Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Nurse in a clinical setting.,Valid nursing license and certification from the relevant regulatory body.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages.,Knowledge of electronic health records (EHR) systems.,Ability to lift and move patients as needed.
