One Fresh Mandiri is looking for a talented HR Generalist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while contributing to the growth and success of our company.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the recruitment process from job posting to onboarding.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws.,Handle employee relations, including resolving conflicts and addressing grievances.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Assist in the development of training programs to enhance employee skills.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure HR initiatives align with business goals.,Oversee benefits administration and ensure employees receive their entitlements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR generalist roles.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.,Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resource Information System) is a plus.,Experience in a remote work environment is a plus.
