📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee engineering projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.,Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.,Develop and implement engineering solutions that meet project requirements and specifications.,Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.,Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to address potential project challenges.,Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.,Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored engineering solutions.,Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers and team members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in project engineering.,Strong understanding of engineering principles and practices.,Proficient in relevant engineering software and tools.,Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.
