Preschool Teacher (Jabodetabek)

Seven Retail Group is looking for a passionate Preschool Teacher to join our growing Sparks Preschool team in Jakarta Raya. As a key member of our education team, you'll help shape the minds of our youngest learners, fostering a love for learning and development. Our school is part of a national expansion plan, with plans to open 25 locations across Indonesia by January 2026, making this an exciting time to join our team.

In this role, you'll work closely with our team of educators to create engaging and developmentally appropriate lessons for children aged 2-6 years. You'll observe and assess children's progress, collaborating with parents to support their child's learning journey. Our school uses a combination of Montessori and play-based learning methods, so experience with these approaches is a plus. We're looking for someone who thrives in a dynamic, collaborative environment and is committed to providing the best early childhood education experience.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Plan, implement, and assess developmentally appropriate lessons for children aged 2-6 years.
• Create engaging, safe, and inclusive learning environments that support children's social, emotional, and cognitive development.
• Collaborate with parents and guardians to support children's learning and development.
• Document children's progress and communicate it to parents and guardians.
• Assist in the development and implementation of school-wide policies and procedures.
• Participate in staff meetings, professional development opportunities, and school events.
• Adhere to all relevant health and safety regulations and policies.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming classroom environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Psychology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience working with children aged 2-6 years.
• Experience with Montessori or play-based learning methods is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Valid teaching certification or license (if applicable).
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian.
• Passion for early childhood education and a commitment to fostering a love for learning.
