📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Monitor and maintain network infrastructure 24/7 using tools like Nagios, Zabbix, and PRTG.
- Troubleshoot network issues and resolve them promptly to minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement network security measures.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
- Provide technical support to internal and external stakeholders.
- Document network configurations and changes for future reference.
- Participate in on-call rotations to ensure continuous network availability.
- Stay updated with the latest network technologies and trends.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in network operations, preferably in a 24/7 environment.
- Certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent are a plus.
- Strong knowledge of network protocols, topologies, and security measures.
- Experience with network monitoring tools like Nagios, Zabbix, or PRTG.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
