📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the pastry department, ensuring high-quality standards and efficient workflow.,Develop and implement new pastry recipes and menu items to keep up with customer preferences and trends.,Train and mentor junior pastry chefs and staff to maintain and improve department standards.,Manage inventory and procurement of pastry ingredients to ensure cost-effectiveness and availability.,Collaborate with the kitchen manager and other culinary staff to ensure seamless food preparation and service.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as food safety standards.,Monitor and control food costs to ensure profitability and maintain competitive pricing.,Participate in menu planning and development, contributing to the overall culinary vision of the restaurant.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a pastry chef in a professional kitchen setting.,Strong culinary skills with a deep understanding of pastry techniques and ingredients.,Proven ability to lead and mentor a team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.,Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.,Knowledge of inventory management and cost control in a food service environment.,Familiarity with health and safety regulations, as well as food safety standards.,Creative and innovative mindset with the ability to develop new recipes and menu items.,Fluent in Indonesian, with good communication and interpersonal skills.
