📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage and supervise a team of data entry staff, ensuring they meet production targets.
  • Monitor data accuracy and quality, implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • Train and mentor new team members to ensure they understand job responsibilities and company policies.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure data consistency and accuracy.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on data processing activities.
  • Ensure compliance with data security and privacy regulations.
  • Maintain and update data entry systems and software.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of data management strategies.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in data entry and data management.
  • Proven track record in leading and supervising a team.
