📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing store operations, including inventory control, stock replenishment, and cash handling.,Provide excellent customer service to ensure a positive shopping experience for customers.,Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including shelves, displays, and restrooms.,Assist in the preparation and organization of merchandise for sales and promotions.,Support the sales team by providing product information and assisting with customer inquiries.,Participate in store events, promotions, and special projects as needed.,Assist in the training and development of new store staff.,Follow all company policies and procedures, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in a retail or customer service role.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.,Familiarity with inventory management and POS systems is a plus.,Ability to lift and move items up to 20 lbs (9 kg).,Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
