CV Tirta Pancaran is seeking a motivated Junior HR Generalist to join our team in Bontang, Kalimantan Timur. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the HR team in various aspects of human resources management, including recruitment, employee relations, and administrative tasks. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or someone with limited experience in HR to gain practical experience and develop their skills in a dynamic and growing company.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening candidates, and scheduling interviews.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.,Support the HR team in organizing and coordinating employee training and development programs.,Assist in the preparation and distribution of payroll and benefits information.,Handle employee inquiries and concerns, providing guidance and support as needed.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Support the HR team in conducting performance evaluations and providing feedback to employees.,Assist in the organization and coordination of company events and activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 0-2 years of experience in HR or a related field.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).,Familiarity with HR software and systems is a plus.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
