Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Manage cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and testers, to ensure successful project delivery.
• Coordinate with stakeholders, including clients, team members, and vendors, to ensure alignment and successful project outcomes.
• Utilize project management tools such as Jira, Trello, and Asana to track progress, manage tasks, and ensure accountability.
• Monitor project budgets and resources, ensuring they are allocated efficiently and effectively.
• Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our projects are innovative and forward-thinking.
• Provide regular project status updates to senior management and stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT project management, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
• Certification in project management, such as PMP or PRINCE2, is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of IT project management methodologies, including Agile, Waterfall, and Scrum.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Proficient in project management tools such as Jira, Trello, and Asana.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Familiarity with industry-specific regulations and standards is a plus.
