As an Inventory Staff, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our inventory system, ensuring that our products are accurately recorded and available for our customers. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Monitoring and updating inventory levels to ensure accurate stock records.,Processing and verifying purchase orders, invoices, and receipts.,Collaborating with the procurement team to manage supplier relationships and negotiate contracts.,Conducting regular inventory audits to identify discrepancies and resolve issues.,Assisting in the development and implementation of inventory management systems and procedures.,Preparing and analyzing inventory reports for management.,Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures related to inventory management.,Providing excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in inventory management or a related field.,Strong knowledge of inventory management software and systems.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team environment.,Familiarity with Indonesian language and culture.

🛠️ Keahlian

Inventory management software (e.g.SAPOracleor similar).Microsoft Office Suite (ExcelWordPowerPoint).Basic understanding of accounting principles.Attention to detail and accuracy.Strong numerical and analytical skills.
