In this role, you will be responsible for various HR activities including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws. Your primary goal will be to ensure a positive and productive work environment for our employees.
📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
1. Conducting recruitment and selection processes for various positions within the company.
2. Managing employee relations, including handling grievances and disciplinary actions.
3. Developing and implementing performance management systems.
4. Ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.
5. Assisting in the development and implementation of HR strategies and programs.
6. Providing HR consulting and advice to managers and employees.
7. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
3. Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Proficiency in using HRIS and other HR software.
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
7. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
