CIRCUIT Dinamis is looking for a skilled Deputy IT Support to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our employees and ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Providing technical support to employees via phone, email, and in-person.,Installing, configuring, and maintaining computer hardware and software.,Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.,Monitoring and maintaining network security.,Assisting with the implementation of new IT systems and software.,Providing training and support to employees on the use of IT systems and software.,Keeping up-to-date with the latest technology trends and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or a related role.,Strong knowledge of computer hardware and software.,Familiarity with network security and protocols.,Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong customer service skills.

🛠️ Keahlian

Technical skills: Knowledge of operating systemssoftware applicationsand network infrastructure.Soft skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsability to work under pressureand strong problem-solving skills.Language skills: Proficiency in English and Indonesian is required.
