Bloom Camp Group is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Deputy Fleet Coordinator to join our team in Mojokerto, Jawa Timur. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our fleet, ensuring that all vehicles are maintained to the highest standards and that our drivers are safe and efficient. You will also be responsible for coordinating with our logistics team to ensure that our vehicles are being used effectively and efficiently.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the fleet, including vehicle maintenance, repairs, and inspections.,Ensure that all vehicles are maintained to the highest standards and that our drivers are safe and efficient.,Coordinate with our logistics team to ensure that our vehicles are being used effectively and efficiently.,Monitor and track the performance of our fleet, including fuel consumption, mileage, and vehicle utilization.,Develop and implement strategies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our fleet.,Ensure that all fleet-related documentation is accurate and up-to-date.,Provide training and support to our drivers to ensure that they are safe and efficient.,Work closely with our maintenance team to ensure that all vehicles are maintained to the highest standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Transportation, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role in the logistics or transportation industry.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.,Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.,Fluency in English and Indonesian languages.
