📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate distribution activities to ensure timely delivery of products.,Oversee inventory management and stock control to maintain optimal levels.,Develop and implement distribution strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.,Monitor and evaluate distribution performance, identifying areas for improvement.,Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align distribution efforts with business goals.,Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and industry standards.,Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on distribution activities and performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field.,Minimum 3 years of experience in distribution management or related roles.,Strong understanding of distribution processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using distribution management software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of Indonesian market and distribution channels is a plus.
