🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in data center monitoring and maintenance.
• Proven experience with monitoring tools such as SolarWinds, PRTG, or Nagios.
• Strong understanding of data center infrastructure, including servers, storage, and networking.
• Certifications in ITIL, CCNA, or other relevant certifications are a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian.
