📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the safe and efficient operation of the vessel.,Ensure compliance with all maritime regulations and company policies.,Manage and supervise the crew, including assigning tasks and ensuring performance standards are met.,Maintain accurate records of vessel operations, maintenance, and crew performance.,Coordinate with shore-based teams to ensure smooth logistics and operations.,Handle emergency situations and respond to incidents as required.,Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to ensure compliance with safety standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Captain or similar role in maritime operations.,Valid Captain's License and other relevant maritime certifications.,Proven track record of safe and efficient vessel operations.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Knowledge of maritime regulations and safety procedures.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.,Familiarity with basic maintenance and repair of vessel systems.,Experience with cargo handling and logistics is a plus.
