As a Brand Management Intern, you'll be at the forefront of our marketing efforts, working closely with our creative team to develop and implement innovative strategies. You'll get to work with industry-leading tools like Hootsuite, Canva, and Google Analytics, and you'll have the opportunity to learn from and collaborate with experienced professionals in the field.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in the development and implementation of brand marketing strategies for Mesra Retail & Cafe
• Support the creative team in designing and producing marketing materials, including social media content, promotional materials, and digital advertisements
• Conduct market research and analyze consumer trends to inform marketing decisions
• Assist in the management of our social media presence, including content creation, scheduling, and engagement
• Support the organization of events and promotions, including coordinating with vendors and tracking performance metrics
• Assist in the development and maintenance of our brand guidelines and style guides
• Provide administrative support to the marketing team, including data entry, scheduling, and coordination
• Contribute to the development of our brand's digital presence and e-commerce platform

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices
• Proficient in using social media management tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar
• Familiarity with graphic design software like Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or Illustrator is a plus
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work well in a team and independently
• Passion for retail, hospitality, and brand management
