📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the planning, development, and implementation of training programs.,Coordinate with trainers and participants to ensure smooth execution of training sessions.,Prepare and distribute training materials, including handouts, presentations, and other resources.,Conduct needs assessments and analyze training effectiveness.,Maintain records of training activities and participant feedback.,Assist in the evaluation and selection of training materials and resources.,Support the training officer in the development and implementation of training strategies.,Assist in the development and maintenance of training databases and systems.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in training and development or a related field.,Strong knowledge of training methodologies and best practices.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with training management software is a plus.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.
