📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Source, screen, and evaluate job applicants to ensure they meet the company's requirements.,Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure a smooth recruitment process.,Conduct interviews and assessments to identify the best candidates for the role.,Maintain a strong understanding of the local job market and industry trends.,Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates and recruitment agencies.,Provide guidance and support to new hires during the onboarding process.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in talent acquisition or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems.,Familiarity with local labor laws and regulations.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
