UOA Hospitality is seeking a dynamic and experienced Steward Supervisor to join our luxury hospitality and resort operations team in Kuta, Bali. As a Steward Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising a team of stewards to ensure exceptional guest service and maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and hospitality. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Supervise and manage a team of stewards to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.,Maintain and enhance the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation in guest rooms and public areas.,Ensure guest satisfaction by providing excellent service and resolving any guest complaints promptly.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.,Monitor and report on team performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.,Train and develop the team to enhance their skills and knowledge.,Manage inventory and ensure proper use of supplies and equipment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry.,Proven track record of supervising and managing a team effectively.,Strong knowledge of housekeeping and hospitality standards.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with luxury hospitality and resort operations is a plus.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or a related field is preferred.,Fluency in English is required.
