📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide comprehensive home care services to clients, including but not limited to medical care, personal care, and companionship.,Assess and monitor clients' health conditions, and document findings accurately.,Administer medications as prescribed by healthcare professionals.,Collaborate with clients' primary healthcare providers to ensure continuity of care.,Educate clients and their families on health management and disease prevention.,Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients.,Report any changes in clients' health conditions to the appropriate healthcare providers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related healthcare field.,Active nursing license in Indonesia.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in home care or related healthcare settings.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Compassionate and patient attitude towards clients and their families.,Familiarity with Indonesian healthcare system and cultural norms.

🛠️ Keahlian

Excellent clinical skills and knowledge.Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems.Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.Willingness to travel to different locations as required.
