📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Build and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates and hiring managers.,Conduct job analyses and create job descriptions that accurately reflect the needs of the organization.,Source and screen candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their needs and ensure a smooth recruitment process.,Assist in the onboarding process to ensure new hires are integrated into the company culture.,Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize the recruitment process.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, with a proven track record of success.,Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and industry trends.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.,Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools, such as ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems).,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
