📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive customer engagement.,Manage and oversee all marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, and traditional marketing.,Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing objectives are met.,Monitor and analyze marketing performance to optimize campaigns and achieve KPIs.,Create and manage marketing budgets and ensure efficient use of resources.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in marketing.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a senior role.,Proven track record of successfully managing marketing campaigns and achieving results.,Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant marketing software.,Familiarity with Indonesian market and consumer behavior is a plus.
