Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance the hospital's operational efficiency and patient care services.,Lead and oversee the Strategic Management Office, ensuring alignment with the hospital's mission and vision.,Collaborate with senior leadership to identify and address key healthcare challenges and opportunities.,Monitor and evaluate the performance of the hospital, providing data-driven insights and recommendations.,Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the organization.,Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices in healthcare management.,Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including government bodies, partners, and community organizations.,Represent the hospital at national and international healthcare forums and conferences.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 10 years of experience in strategic management and healthcare leadership roles.,Proven track record of successfully implementing strategic initiatives in healthcare organizations.,Strong understanding of healthcare regulations, policies, and best practices.,Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and inspire teams.,Proficiency in data analysis and performance monitoring tools.,Experience in managing budgets and resources effectively.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
