PT Baskoro Otoman is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Senior Accountant to join our finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing accounting processes, ensuring financial accuracy, and providing strategic financial advice. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and a proven track record of success in a similar role.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee all accounting activities, including financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.,Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of financial records and reports.,Provide strategic financial advice to support business growth and profitability.,Lead and mentor junior accountants and finance team members.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.,Prepare and present financial statements and reports to stakeholders.,Monitor and analyze financial performance to identify trends and opportunities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a senior or leadership role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and Indonesian GAAP.,Proficiency in accounting software, such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.,Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
