In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the procurement process, from sourcing and negotiating with suppliers to managing contracts and ensuring timely delivery of materials. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the procurement process, including sourcing, negotiating, and managing supplier relationships.,Prepare and process purchase orders, invoices, and other procurement-related documents.,Monitor inventory levels and reorder materials as needed.,Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and negotiate favorable terms.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of procurement activities.,Assist in the preparation of procurement reports and presentations.,Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth procurement operations.,Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in procurement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in procurement or a related field (fresh graduates are also welcome to apply).,Strong knowledge of procurement processes, including sourcing, negotiating, and contract management.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.,Knowledge of Indonesian language and local business practices is a plus.
