📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Maintain and troubleshoot IT systems and networks,Provide technical support to employees and users,Install, configure, and upgrade hardware and software,Monitor system performance and security,Develop and implement IT policies and procedures,Assist in disaster recovery and business continuity planning,Manage user accounts and access permissions,Provide training and documentation for IT systems

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or a similar role,Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems,Proficiency in networking concepts and protocols,Experience with IT security best practices,Good communication and problem-solving skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Familiarity with cloud services and virtualization technologies is a plus
