📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.,Support the HR team in organizing and coordinating employee training and development programs.,Assist in the onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition for new and departing employees.,Handle employee relations issues, providing guidance and support to employees and managers.,Assist in the preparation and distribution of payroll and benefits information.,Support the HR team in maintaining a positive and productive work environment.,Participate in HR projects and initiatives as assigned.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks.,Familiarity with payroll and benefits administration is a plus.,Good organizational and time management skills.
