📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in developing and implementing retail sales strategies to increase market share and revenue.,Conduct market research to identify potential customers and understand their needs.,Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners and customers.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.,Assist in the negotiation and closing of sales deals with retail partners.,Support the sales team in achieving quarterly and annual targets.,Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and other industry events to network and promote our products.,Provide excellent customer service and support to retail partners and customers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail sales or a similar role.,Strong understanding of the retail market and consumer behavior.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using sales and marketing software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with the Indonesian market and consumer preferences is a plus.,Fluency in English and Indonesian is required.
