📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting internal audits to assess the effectiveness of internal controls and processes.,Preparing audit reports and recommendations for management.,Assisting in the planning and coordination of audit activities.,Monitoring and evaluating the implementation of audit findings and corrective actions.,Providing guidance and support to audit staff and junior auditors.,Ensuring compliance with internal policies, procedures, and regulations.,Collaborating with other departments to identify and mitigate risks.,Participating in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance audit processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in internal auditing or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and internal control frameworks.,Proficiency in using audit software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with Indonesian GAAP and international standards (e.g., ISA, COSO).,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
