PT Karya Sinergi is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Deputy HR Generalist to join our team in Bandung. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting our HR team in various aspects of human resources management. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview scheduling.,Support the HR team in managing employee records and ensuring compliance with company policies.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR programs and initiatives.,Coordinate with department heads to address employee concerns and issues.,Support the HR team in conducting performance reviews and providing feedback.,Assist in the preparation and distribution of payroll and benefits information.,Participate in training and development activities for employees.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee files and records.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a HR role, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong knowledge of HR best practices and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in English and Indonesian is a plus.,Understanding of payroll and benefits administration is a plus.
