Bit Place Group is seeking a dedicated Deputy Cook to join our team in Boyolali, Jawa Tengah. As a Deputy Cook, you will play a crucial role in maintaining high standards of food quality and safety in our restaurant. You will work closely with the Head Cook to ensure smooth operations and deliver exceptional dining experiences to our customers.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Cook in preparing and cooking food according to recipes and standards.,Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, including cleaning and sanitizing equipment and work areas.,Monitor food inventory and ensure proper storage and rotation.,Assist in training and supervising junior staff to ensure consistent quality and service.,Adhere to health and safety regulations to prevent foodborne illnesses.,Participate in daily and weekly kitchen meetings to discuss operations and improvements.,Handle customer complaints and feedback professionally and promptly.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Cook or Deputy Cook in a restaurant or similar setting.,Familiarity with Indonesian and Western cuisine.,Good knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.,Excellent communication and teamwork skills.,Ability to lift and carry heavy objects up to 20 kg.,Availability to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
